At Diving Moose Coffee, we use the Swiss Water® Process to remove caffeine from our beans. This natural and environmentally friendly process uses water to extract caffeine from the coffee beans, leaving behind all the delicious and flavorful compounds that make coffee so enjoyable.

The result is a decaf espresso blend that still boasts a bold and complex flavor profile, with notes of chocolate and caramel dominating the palate. The Koala's smooth and creamy finish is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a caffeine-free espresso experience.
