Shipping Policy

At Food DTC, we curate a premium selection of food and beverages delivered directly from our producers to your door. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following shipping terms:


Processing & Production Timelines

  • Standard Fulfillment: We work closely with our vendors to ensure most products are shipped within 48 hours of purchase.

  • Specialty Items: Certain products may require additional processing time. Our ongoing production time for made-to-order items is currently 7–10 business days.

  • Schedule Changes: Should current events impact our production or shipping timelines, you will be notified promptly via email.

Carrier Information

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery destination. Exact rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Alcohol Shipments: 21+ Signature Required

By law, all alcohol orders require an adult signature (21 years of age or older) for delivery.

  • The Requirement: A package will not be left at the door without a physical signature.

  • Recommendation: We strongly suggest shipping your order to a business or home address where an adult is guaranteed to be available during regular business hours.

  • Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for ensuring an adult is present to sign for and accept the shipment.

Failed Delivery & Returns

  • UPS Delivery Attempts: UPS typically makes up to three (3) delivery attempts. It is the customer's responsibility to make alternate arrangements if they cannot be present.

  • Returns to Sender: After three failed attempts, the package will be returned to our shipping department. You will be notified once the return is processed.

  • Customer Liability: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. This includes:

    • Initial shipping charges.

    • Return shipping fees for failed deliveries.

    • Fees incurred for a third failed delivery attempt.

    • Reshipping fees if you wish to have the package sent out again.

  • Refunds: If you request a refund due to a failed delivery attempt, the original shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund.

EU Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period for all purchases. Refunds of the purchase price and original shipping costs will be provided within 14 days of cancellation.
