To ensure maximum freshness, your items ship directly from the various kitchens, vineyards, and farms of our independent producers rather than a central warehouse. Because we ship straight from the source, orders containing products from multiple vendors may arrive in separate packages with unique tracking numbers.

If your order contains items from multiple sources, separate shipping charges are applied to cover the individual transit from each unique farm, vineyard, or kitchen to your door.

While most of our vendors ship within 48 hours, certain artisanal or made-to-order items require a production lead time of 7–10 business days before they are ready for transit. If your order includes these specialty products, please allow this additional time for our producers to hand-prepare your items for shipment.
