Refund and Return Policy

At FoodDTC, we specialize in providing high-quality consumable products. Due to the nature of these goods and for health and safety reasons, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.


All Sales are Final

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any consumable products. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be returned to us. As a dropshipping provider, we do not stock inventory at our main office and cannot accept physical shipments of goods.

Quality Issues and Manufacturer Defects

If you experience an issue with the quality, taste, or integrity of a product, or if the item is defective:

  • Contact Us Immediately: Email Customer@FoodDTC.com with a detailed description of the product defect. We will make things right. 
  • Contact the Vendor/Manufacturer: All product-related concerns, warranties, or manufacturing defects must be addressed directly with the brand manufacturer.

  • Documentation: We recommend keeping your original packaging and receipt, as the manufacturer will likely require these to assist you.

Damages and Shipping Errors

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive an item that is physically damaged from shipping or if you received the wrong item entirely:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at Customer@FoodDTC.com.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged goods or the incorrect item received.

  3. We will evaluate the situation and work with our suppliers to facilitate a resolution or replacement where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

In addition to consumables, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (food, supplements, etc.)

  • Personal care goods (beauty or wellness products)

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale items and gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For customers located within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, please note that consumable goods that have been unsealed are exempt from this right due to health protection and hygiene reasons. To be eligible, the item must remain sealed in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.


SMS/MMS Mobile Message Marketing Program

FoodDTC (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these terms. By opting in, you agree to receive automated marketing and informational text messages.

  • Opt-Out: To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any mobile message. This is the only valid method for opting out.

  • Help: Text HELP for assistance or contact us directly.

  • Costs: Message and data rates may apply. We are not responsible for fees charged by your wireless provider.

  • Privacy & Responsibility: You are responsible for providing a valid mobile number and updating us if it changes. You agree to indemnify us against claims resulting from providing a number that is not your own.

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to participate. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental consent.
