The Subtle Tease is the second official collaboration between J’s Small Batch Hot Sauce and Paulman Acre. It is a dash of fermentation, an ounce of white truffle and a whole lotta love. This delicately balanced sauce will hit you with a green fermented tang, wow you with the zest of Meyer lemon, and leave you with the unmistakably savory subtleties of fresh white truffles. Enjoy!
