7 Year Aged White Cheddar

This cheese has been aged for 7 years giving it a rich flavor and slightly tangy bite which leads to the perfect balance between sharpness as well as the creamy texture. As cheddar ages it loses its smooth, firm texture and becomes more granular and crumbly.  

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship over the weekend. Most orders placed Thursday-Sunday will ship the following Monday, unless Saturday delivery is available in your area. We will notify you with a tracking number once your package ships.
